Restorative Sound Bath Session

Discover this unique and ancient practice. A sound bowl experience is healing to the mind, body and soul using vibrational sounds and tones that will put you in a state of bliss. The sound waves released by the various bowls induce a feeling of deep relaxation and calm. All levels welcome.
