Details: Let’s get stronger together. “STRONG.” is our strength-based class program that focuses on building muscle, burning fat, and feeling confident in the gym. Our Fitness Director will take participants through a total-body strength training routine while teaching proper techniques and providing individual feedback. Expect a fun class environment and a great workout.
