Fit For Fall Accountability Challenge
Details: Join FIELDHOUSE Fitness Director, Ryan Kennedy, and T&B Nutrition Director, Tara Tomaino RD for The Park’s first-ever Accountability Challenge! Fit For Fall is a six-week program beginning Monday, September 27 that offers unlimited fitness classes, 1 group nutrition session per week, a weekly InBody body composition analysis, pre and post-fitness assessment, virtual resources, a daily habit checklist, and access to coaches via the Healthie app.
