Details: Get in, and get it done. “MOVE.” is our class program that focuses on cardiovascular health and interval training. These workouts are designed to elevate your heart rate and keep the intensity high. Burn calories. Get in shape. This class is open to all fitness abilities! Expect great music and a great sweat.
