“He who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything.”
To preserve the future of our planet, we all need to come together and work collectively as one. At The Park, we’re doing our part, by promoting physical and mental well-being while also caring for and nurturing our world. Our environment and amenities – cleaner air quality, high recycling standards, eco-friendly packaging and reduced carbon emissions – prioritize holistic well-being and continue to expand sustainable design and operating methods.
Eco-health and human health have a symbiotic relationship. At The Park, we understand that every action taken needs to be viewed through the lens of its lasting impact on the earth and on reestablishing a balance between resource use and replenishment. We prioritize sustainability through our solar panel canopies, electric car charging stations, walking paths, and bike share programs throughout the campus. The Park also offers outdoor workplaces and scenic hiking and jogging trails between buildings to provide opportunities for self-reflection or group interaction. Thoughtful exercise options and mindfulness experiences have been incorporated into each re-envisioned building, and our restaurants feature fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Sourcing and consumption are key elements in the future of our planet. The Park is guided by three simple culinary beliefs:
1. Food fuels your mind and body.
2. Quality foods and exercise give you extra fuel.
3. You can save the planet by eating healthier.
Our food and beverage programs are locally sourced and utilize environmentally conscious distribution chains. We believe that a healthy diet – combined with sustainable agricultural practices – have positive impacts on biodiversity, land, water, nutrients, and climate. To encourage healthier behavior, The Park’s office dining facilities offer menu options that highlight delicious and nutritious vegetable and fruit options. Individually and collectively, all of these efforts positively impact the future
