With a career spanning various roles in the hospitality industry, I feel ideally suited – and truly privileged – to oversee and manage the community we’re building here at Round Table Studios (‘RTS’). I’ve long prided myself on providing a hands-on and enthusiastic approach to service, and it’s this unwavering commitment to service that serves as the foundation of RTS.
The Connell Company sought to create an authentic, hospitality-driven coworking and social club at The Park, with a team of professionals with specific experience and backgrounds in food & beverage and hospitality. I’ve spent the last couple decades learning and perfecting a skill set rooted in attention to detail and focused on providing superior customer service. I earned a degree in Hotel Administration and Management from Johnson & Wales University and worked for iconic brands such as Hilton, Interstate Hotels & Resorts and The New York Culinary Academy. So, when I was presented with the opportunity to experience firsthand what this elite group was creating, I jumped at it.
As more and more people re-evaluate their work accommodations and ways to maintain work/life balance, RTS is ahead of the curve. The Connell family took inspiration from New York City social clubs such as SoHo House, and implemented that same attention to detail here in the New Jersey suburbs. We want each of our members to feel part of an elevated lifestyle and take pride in being part of the RT culture. From chef-prepared meals offered through our members-only restaurant, RT Farm, to access to the expansive fitness facilities and game rooms at FIELDHOUSE and complimentary fitness and nutritional consultations, RTS serves as a one-stop destination for a balanced lifestyle — all driven by a sense of community.
I greatly look forward to spearheading client services at RTS for our new members, whether they’re an individual leveraging our sophisticated coworking space or companies looking to explore a hub-and-spoke model with satellite offices closer to their employee homebases. The beauty of RTS is that we have something for everyone, including an assortment of membership options and lease terms — and when you factor in the robust amenity package that is included with each membership, RTS is truly one-of-a-kind.
