THE PARK IN BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ TO OPEN FLEXIBLE WORKSPACE, ROUND TABLE STUDIOS, POWERED BY HANA

The Connell Company today announced that it has partnered with Hana, a subsidiary of CBRE Group, Inc., to open and operate Round Table Studios, a new shared, flexible workspace at Connell Park (The Park), at 200 Connell Drive in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. Round Table Studios will occupy 40,000 square feet at The Park and is scheduled to open in late 2020. This is the first owner-branded managed solution for Hana, which operates flexible workspaces under its own brand in the U.S. and the U.K.
