Where the Suburb Meets the City

Urban by Nature

“The seeds of civilization are in every culture, but it is city life that brings them to fruition.”

Susanne Katherina Langer, American Philosopher and Writer

Meet The Park's Main Street

There’s an undeniable pulse to the cities. The Park is modeled after the best urban-style communities, with exciting programs that will roll out over time. The biggest and most impactful of these are The District and Foundation Park, both coming in 2023. Establishing a walkable urban “downtown,” the concepts are modeled after the best city centers and will be where much of The Park’s multi-generation programming will take place. Among these are concerts in The Grove, open air movie nights, wine tasting dinners, culinary classes, fitness and nutritional seminars. The District will be energized by several new restaurant concepts such as Blue Rose Taco, Foundation Alley, Duckpin Social, and a brewery.

At Home
at The Park

The opportunity to both live and work, at The Park will further enhance one’s ability to create a balanced life. Called Residences at The Park, this building is inspired by great revitalized urban spaces and the social programming of Round Table Studios. It mixes a clean, modern design and boutique hotel-style amenities with a relaxed, elevated lifestyle. And, with its location in the heart of The Park’s walkable District, residents will enjoy easy access to restaurants, a brewery, weekend farmer’s markets, coffee shops, bars and nightlife. RT Studios’ social programming and amenities will be included as part of the residence experience, offering work and social solutions and access to FIELDHOUSE (a gym and game room) as well as concierge services.
