Working in the fitness industry for more than a decade, I’ve found people struggle on their wellness journey for many reasons, such as not being sure of how to begin, what to do next, or how to sustain the motivation to reach goals over the long-term. To help members solve these problems and ensure their success, we have a dedicated onsite team at FIELDHOUSE.
Our facilities are designed to be approachable and welcoming, offering a thoughtfully curated wellness environment with both indoor and outdoor venues to relax and recharge at any time of day. Much like the rest of the approach at The Park, our focus is providing an elevated experience that helps members achieve a more balanced lifestyle.
We offer both group and private training and work with members to develop plans tailored to their specific needs and goals. Each training program is individualized, evidence-based, and backed by science and research. We take immense pride in teaching our members how to properly navigate every stage of change, whether it be nutrition, exercise, or stress management. To further enhance this holistic approach, we also offer nutrition consultation and meal planning from our experienced culinary team.
